Refund and Returns Policy

At Roop Mahal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
For hygienic reasons, hijab pins and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive broken or damaged.

2. Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange

We readily accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective item.
The product delivered is completely different from what you ordered (wrong color/design).
Any missing items in your package.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

The process is quick and simple via WhatsApp:

Take a clear photo or short video showing the issue with the product.
Send the picture along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp support number at 03178866950.
Our team will verify your request and guide you on sending the package back to our Karachi dispatch center.

4. Refunds Process (For Cash on Delivery)

Once we receive and inspect your returned package:

Your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Since most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be sent directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account.
Original delivery charges (Rs. 200) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return delivery costs or dispatch a fresh piece free of charge.
Customer Preference: If you wish to exchange an item due to color choice or personal preference, the return courier fee will be borne by the customer.
