Exchanges
How to Exchange an Item
We replace defective or damaged items. Furthermore, exchanges are only possible if the same item is available in stock. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@roopmahal.pk or WhatsApp us at 0317-8866950. Moreover, we will arrange a courier pickup from your location for added convenience.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return’s value.
- On the other hand, if the gift giver received the item first, we will refund them after receiving the return.
